Senior Project Manager (Construction)

Our Client is a G7 Main Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Generally in charge of the whole construction site, manage and lead in terms of project planning and controlling.
• Demonstrate leadership to ensure project constructed on specifications, schedule and within the permitted budget and in accordance with the Project Quality Plan.
• Coordinate and organize sub-contractors' activities on site.
• Liaise and negotiate requirements, issues between clients, consultants, and sub-contractors.
• Identify, analyze, evaluate and identify solutions to resolve all technical and site issues.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8 - 15 years of working experience preferably in aluminum formwork.
• Experience in high-rise and civil works.
• Hands-on experience at the construction site and ability to lead, manage, co-ordinate and plan activities.
• Possess leadership skills comprises of site planning, execution, implementation of safety, and quality of the project.
• Understand and experience in three elements consist of Structural, Architecture, and M&E.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office programs, BIM knowledge, and AutoCAD.
• Able to work in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, Malaysia.
• Preferably candidates who shows passion in this field.
