Facilities Manager

Our client is a Holding company with diverse business interest (Construction, Facilities Management & Energy) in Pahang.

Responsibilities:

• Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities and develop content for dynamic presentations in connection with pitches and other new business opportunities.
• Coordinate & collaborate with the Management in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
• To design and produce costing proposal of maintenance and service contract on Company's product & system.
• Manage and overseeing the preventive and predictive maintenance processes to support the production operations with minimal impact.
• Working closely with the Management and operations to improve operations planning and overall efficiency.
• Oversee day to day operations and lead the various teams in formulating strategies and action plans to achieve the highest operational goals.
• To lead the team in developing, implementing and maintaining Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) initiatives in accordance with all federal and state legislations/requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Building and Facilities Management, Property Management or related field.
• Registered facility contractor specialized under F01.
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) – IFMA, or Certified British Institute of Facilities Management (CBIFM) – BIFM.
• Experience in budgeting & expenditure, costing & pricing, strategic planning and business development.
• Excellent people management skills with influential leadership skills.
• Preferably Senior Managers specializing with minimum 5 years of experience in Building or Facilities Management and 3 years of management experience.
• Willing to be based/relocated in Kuantan and travel outstation.
