Assistant Quality Manager

Our client is a logistic company based in Selangor.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Manager to lead and supervise all Quality team and activities related to Supply Quality and Product Quality.
  • Ensure tasks are performed in the company's best interest, and according to customers’ policies and rules.
  • Educate and ensure routines and working methods are well understood and applied.
  • Establish good and efficient co-operation between Customer and External Service Provider in the Quality related fields.
  • Support education and development of Quality with internal & external employees. 
  • Assist Manager to follow up on goals and KPI's and to report results regularly to the Management. 

Requirements:

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field and min of 3 years’ experience at supervisory/management level.
  • Ability to create insight by communicating; presenting and motivating others in Quality related issues.
  • Ability to work, lead people and report in a matrix organization.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Must be able to work on shift.
